Forgiveness…

A powerful word

We so often hear

That challenges our heart

And gives light to our fear

Fear of not controlling

What offended so deep

For that rage of pain

May begin to seep

Yet when we forgive

And let it go

His grace takes over

And healing can flow

Yet though the forgiveness

May come from you

The Lord He is watching

How they respond too
